In parallel with the regular promotion system, the voluntary promotion system is designed to accelerate the development of outstanding individuals, regardless of age or entry level, who demonstrate excellent performance and strong potential to become future leaders or technical experts through a structured evaluation and assessment process. The system is conducted twice a year, offering more opportunities while maintaining strict selection standards.
