Since the end of last year, ALTEMIRA Holdings Inc. ("Our Parent Company”) have been proceeding with the transfer of their shares from a fund advised by an affiliate of Apollo Global Management, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Apollo Fund") to a fund advised by MBK Partners (hereinafter referred to as "MBKP Fund").

We are pleased to report that the closing (share transfer) was completed on May 29, 2026.

This change will involve no change in the personnel and operation of Hanacans JSC business. We will continue our business activities as before, working together as a group under the new shareholders.
