In 2025, Hanacans achieved target of using 100% renewable electricity for all production activities (Scope 2), corresponding to the full neutralization of its annual electricity consumption.

Electricity use was balanced with renewable energy sources such as wind, solar, and hydropower. This approach helps reduce CO₂ emissions from electricity consumption while ensuring compliance with current environmental requirements and standards.

This result marks an important step in the company’s decarbonization roadmap. Going forward, Hanacans will continue to focus on operational improvements, enhance energy efficiency, and maintain stable, long-term emission reductions.
