Job Description

• Receive sales plans from the Sales Department, allocate production and delivery plans to factories by week, month, year
• Create and issue production plans for Bac Ninh factory based on allocation
• Create monthly material plans for the company and Bac Ninh factory, coordinate with the Purchasing Department and warehouse to monitor the incoming material plan, ensure sufficient materials to meet the production plan of the entire company
• Create production reports for Bac Ninh factory & the entire company (week, month, year)
• Collect and monitor reports on recovered materials, inventory reports from factories.
• Track finished product inventory of factories and the entire company

Job requirements

• Graduated from college or university with a related major
• Have 2-3 years of experience in production planning for a manufacturing company (foreign)
• Diligent, careful, honest, responsible
• Proficient in English or Japanese
