Job description

• Plan and execute the work related to investment, analysis, design and improvement based on the action plan and instructions of the superior.
• Analyze, improve and respond urgently to equipment failures and customer complaints.
• Manage equipment costs in all production stages.
• Set/modify management conditions for each stage.
• Improve unsafe points in each production stage, improve the environment based on EHS safety standards and environmental plan.
• Propose and develop improvement program to improve quality and productivity.
• Have the spirit of teamwork, 5S, compliance with regulations.

Requirement

• Graduated from college or university with a major in mechanical engineering.
• Careful, hard working, not deformed.
• Mechanical related experience is preferred.
• English communication
