We would like to announce that Showa Aluminum cans Corp`s shareholder has been changed from Showa Denko Group to Apollo Global Management on 24/June 2021 in accordance with the announcement dated on 28/Jan 2021.

This change will involve no change in the personnel and operation of Hanacans JSC business.

By moving out from under the umbrella of Showa Denko Group, we will be able to make more flexible decisions and actively utilize various resources for our own benefit. In addition, Apollo Global management has extensive knowledge of the aluminum business, global management methods, information on the aluminum industry, and management resources, which will help us grow further.

So we are planning further growth by actively exploring opportunities to expand its business around the world under Apollo Global Management.
